Let's face it, we all tell them verbally from time to time "STOP THAT!" - well, I wish there was an option where we can type something like "If you stop wandering from the research table we'll soon have enough tech points that we won't have a food shortage!" and have it inspire them to work harder. Or "Too bad, I want you to have a building skill, so get to work!"
