In the mean time I would suggest you uninstall the game....manually delete these folders if they do not uninstall: Program Files/Virtual Villagers - The Secret City My Documents/LDW/Virtual Villagers - The Secret City Delete the installer (VV3Setup) and redownload it. Or does it draw the window, wait for you to start typing, then crash on the first letter?
