Ok..so I have too much time on my hands! I'm posting this as a help/guide. Feel free to move it to the guides section or leave it here...doesn't matter.
There are two lists below. One for the flowers, one for the foliage. To create all the plants, you'll need to start with the 4 basic plants: Spotted Reptans, Citrus Reptans, Spotted Ball Cactus and Citrus Ball Cactus.
Choose whether you want to do flowers or foliage first. I'll choose flowers for this demo and you can apply the same to anything you're missing till you fill your spreadsheet or form or whatever you're using to track the plants.
So you start with Spotted Reptans and Citrus Reptans. You'll have several rounds of pollination, but you'll keep most of the plants in your greenhouse once they are grown and just pollinate and produce more as needed. I would suggest using Borg's Virtual Seed Tray to store the extra seeds. But this is the fastest order to get them all that I've found so far. Once you do all the Reptans, then move to the Ball Cactus and then take your Spotted Reptans to your Spotted Ball Cactus and create the Spotted Maranta, and so on. You'll need to grow a round of seed for each group and store them in the Virtual Seed Tray, till you need to do the next set.
The Tier 4 plants are in a different grid, as you can't create them without starting with one of the exotic seeds. Ideally you'll need a Tilia Ridgeball to follow this chart. However, Tier 4 does have some reverses and doubling, so you can start at some point and catchup from there, till you get them all.
