I tend to rename all my villagers, with vaguely Polynesian names, that have parts of both parents names. However, a couple of mine recently had a Hokua, whose name I left alone. My tribal name is Kanela, which is neither here nor there. However, there's been a Kanelo born to a couple of mine, about 13th generation. And lately, the names I've been getting have been slightly different from the norm. It set me wondering if VV2 is one of those games that learns as you play it...

Not very commom at all. its just luck and the game generator that can give you twins and triplets. I once had twin runners named Koko and Kono

You seem to have a slightly better chance if the villager initiating the mating is very adept... esp if female.

For girls I liked Waiata (my first Esteemed Elder). For boys Momo (master parent who lived to be 79)

I also like the name Jade. That name actually was generated by the game, no changes from me! lol
