how do u get the planters to be so pretty I have ugly brown planterns.

OK, I worked all morning and I finally got all of my tier 4 flowers with tier 4 foliage. Also they're paired the same way as they are in Sfrose's pocket guide. So here are the tier 4s and the MPs.
