I’m on the second generation and my family has husband wife and 3 kids (one is an infant). Anyway, it seems like whenever I play the game recently, at least one of my family members can’t stop coughing. Any answers are appreciated since antitussive syrup ain’t cheap!

Thank you, how do i cure it/ stop it from spreading? I think it might have passed but in case it happens again.

Usually if there is a lot of sickness in the family, one (or more) of the family members has an infection. Since infections aren't "visible" in the same way that other illnesses are, the only way to know for sure is to get a doctor's consultation, which will tell you if an infection is present and what medication will clear it.
