You can't. Peeps only start learning their career when they're adopted or marry into the family. Occasionally one might start at level 2 instead of level 1, but that's rare and the result of luck.

An alternative would be to advance their career once you've selected one to take over, although this is a costly way crazy

Thank you both..also why is so hard to reach level 8, even after having kids it seems harder for the women..I worked one woman so hard (because i wanted to reach that goal before death) that she actually said....something like, need to rest legs..I thought that was great..

Would appreciate any clues in getting to level 8 before death..Thanks again

Almost all my adults have reached level 8 before they died. I think that they work better, with less distractions, when the game is off, so I make sure I give them the green glove or a treat for working each time I switch the game on. I never keep the game open for long and close it using App Manager each time, not just by the back button; that way it's no longer running in the background.

The wife is generally slower than her husband because she has to take time out to carry babies around, but with judicious application of the glove, plus fruit or candies, she has made it to master eventually; in some cases she's beaten her husband, even with that considerable handicap.
