I have two games going (both almost complete) and have yet to see a gopher in either game. I know it's supposed to show up when the kids dig to China but that's only happened once or twice and the parents fill the hole before any gopher shows up. I have no idea how to complete this reward. Any hints as to how to get this to happen?

Isn't there any other way? I keep the games sounds turned off because I find it detracts from my enjoyment of the game, and because I'd rather listen to my music. Also, what about deaf people who want to play the game?

The kissing sound is only an extra aid. If you keep an eye on the kids when they go to play in the garden you'll see the gopher appear eventually.
