Yesterday I just started with the problem. I can NOT get the game to go to full page. No matter what I click or change it is still the "non-full page" (small window).

Did something change? Is there somewhere else besides "options" that will allow my game to go to full page?

Thanks so much!

Setting full screen to on from the Options menu should always put the game into full screen. In order for us to understand what's happening with your game, we'd need to know more about your computer and its settings, (e.g. What are the resolution settings for your computer? Is this Windows or Mac? Did you download the game directly from LDW or from another site?)

Thanks for the reply. Now I can NOT get into the game at all - error message (do you want to report etc).

Can I reload or will I get charged again?

I am running Windows XP Prof. The game was working just fine when it all of a sudden started to come up in "window" mode. No matter what I try I can not get the Full Screen to work (options - both clicks equal small screen).

I'm sorry to take so long to get back to you, Pam. If you're still having problems getting the game into full-screen mode, please try performing the following procedure:

Look in the folder where the game is installed (it's usually found in Program Files on your hard drive). In that folder you should see a file called either ldw.ini or ldw with a file type of Configuration Settings (the icon will look like a notepad with a gear on it), depending upon how you have your folder options set in Windows. If you double-click on that file, you should see the file opened in Notepad and displaying several settings.

To force the game into full-screen mode, you should change the settings in that file so that they look like this:

[ldw]
Fullscreen=1
ForceFullscreen=1
ForceWindowed=0
UseVsync=0

Then select File=>Save and the new settings will be saved. Try running the game again and see if it displays correctly.

Please let us know what happens.

I just don't know how to show you the appreciation I feel for all the help you have given me!!

I ran 3 different virus programs plus a .dll "fixer. Then rebooted again and now everything is working fine!!!!!

Only the Goddesses know what was wrong LOL.

THANK YOU AGAIN for ALL of your help and understanding in this matter!!

That's wonderful to hear, Pam! We've seen various malware do a lot of unpleasant things, but never preventing one of our games from entering full-screen mode. shocked
