When you purchase a game from us, you will receive confirmation emails about the purchase. One will be a receipt from Plimus about the order. The second will be your full version information. If you are using a Windows computer, that email will contain your activation information. You will need to copy and paste that information into the reminder window that opens in order to have full access to the game, permanently.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders.

It's not a problem at all, that's what we're here for! laugh

If you don't mind, go ahead and fill out this Support Form so that I can look up your purchase, and help you receive your activation information through email. smile

ok thanks but would my problem be under forum help or game help? Also would the game registration go under other, sales, or technical support?

You don't need to fill in the HotSync/Owner ID field for desktop computer versions. Those fields are used only for certain handheld devices.

Just leave that field as it is and fill out the rest of the form. That's used mostly for selecting FAQ entries.
