I've completed everything, though I haven't gotten all the relics yet. I've even converted the chief. All that's left to do is convert the yellow masks. I hit 800 once and clicked earthquake. They got the little lights over their heads as they were supposed to do.

But I've been stuck at 799 since. My population is at 90 and I'm being told that there's not enough housing for more so acquiring the last bit of energy to hit 800 again seems to be out of the question. My parents are having babies as fast as the elderly are passing on.

Is the game over at this point? Or am I missing something?

I have. In fact, I've lined the entire tribe up a few times and it didn't seem to help. However, shortly after posting this I discovered by accident that getting the entire tribe into the pool for a party increases the energy substantially.

All I was doing was getting the annoying yellow masks to go back to their campground for a while. I've now been able to hit them a couple of times with the earthquake so hopefully they'll convert soon.
