One game I played, I shot for the big money, so I kept a few fish to breed some EXPENSIVE magic fish(if you don't know it yet, you'll be happy when you do). Anywho, I have a silky shark who has maxed out at 9999.

I had a Greenfin Spotanus that maxed-out at 9999, and I kept for nine months after that. It finally died while I was away for three days in July '07, even tho I had taken the game down to 1/2 speed before I left. That little fish I'd had for about 1 year, human earth time. I still miss it.
Btw - you will find me as 'Dannny' on the leader's board, currently at #7. Does anyone know of a site link where the current leaders can discuss their games? I have yet to find one. Thanks - stork

None of my fish have died so far. I'm just keeping my magic fish only open my FT once a day to feed and cure them if they are sick. they are aged over 4380.

So there is no age when the fish are too old to breed (like the villagers in VV)?

I don't know, but the older they are, the longer it seems for them to release the eggs, and sometimes (maybe because I had too many fish in the sell tank?) they became UNpregnant without releasing the eggs ...??

There is no age limit for breeding fish. I've bred lots of fishies whose age was in the thousands. \:\)

There is a 21-fish limit for each tank (20 if you have the seahorse in the tank). If you have a lot of fish in the tank, any babies produced by pregnant fish could be "eaten" at birth. For example, let's say that you have the Plant of Fertility, and each pregnant fish produces two babies. If you breed 10 fish at once, and they are the only fish in the tank, you will lose 9 babies, since there will be room for only 11 babies.
