Is it just me, or do the villagers in VV4 move much slower than in the past three VVs? And it only gets worse once the villagers hit 45+!! Is this a glitch or my imagination?

It's a little frustrating because getting any of the tasks done takes FOREVER! I'm considering starting a village full of villagers that love running just to get some speed.

I haven't noticed a difference between the other VV games. Virtual Families, yes. Absolutely.
I forget who it was exactly, but I thought it was a really good point why the VF-ers move faster: They just have the house, not a whole shore of an island to traverse!

I don't think it is because they have more space.

I've noticed that it seems the villagers move slower when given a task. The same villager will move faster at one moment and then slower at another.

It seems more like a glitch.

Maybe whatever they have to carry is slowing them down. (Or maybe they're just dragging their feet 'cause they don't want to work! )
