i have the lite version so does that effect the home improvements thingy. because i haven't got any home improvements. and i have a lot of holes and stuff. thanks!

There's a little description about what you would get if you upgraded from lite to the full version:

This shows that you do have home improvement choices, but not as many as you would from the full version.

Is your store restocking items properly? As in, do the items in the shop change every 4 hours or so?

The things that are available in the store in the Lite version are groceries, career room upgrades, and basic medical supplies.
