• collection of glass bottles on one nightstand (gift from a college-bound child from a previous generation)
• basket of flowers on other nightstand (housewarming gift from a friendly neighbor)
• handmade wall sconces in place of lamps
• stained walnut bed frame, closet doors, footstool and nightstands (variation in color due to natural variation of the wood grain)
• bed upgrade adds lots of comfy throw pillows in shades of burgundy and rose, bedsheets and bedspread in more vibrant shade of rose, and a footstool with a skirt, burgundy rope trim, and a tassel
