You can change the weather! However, you can only change it when something specific happens.... like...

...when you receive an email that says your neighbor is working on a new weather machine? I don't see anything in the store that relates to one, and I haven't bought anything lately. Will this mysterious object show up later?

When it happened to me, it rained for 15 minutes straight. Could have been a coincedence though...
