I was told i would get the game guide when i bought the game, only they arent anywhere to be found!!!!???? Oh sure, it says i can pay 10.00 for it now! But This is VERY WRONG!!!! Im pretty upset, i cant play game untill i get the guide, now I have to dole out 10.00, and I was promised a guide w/ my purchase! Very dissapointedguys!

Moonbeam, it would be very helpful if you would look at the answers to the questions you've already posted, rather than continuing to post new questions. You should have received an email with a link to the guide. If you didn't get it, or it doesn't work, please look here for the procedure to get a new link.

NO E-Mail!!!!!!!! NO GUIDE!!! NO Mention of a guide! why are you assuming Im not paying attention??? I went to your "Sticky Thread! filled it out, and low and behold, its OUT OF SERVICE!!!! im not being unreasonable!!! I have to BUY the guide if I want to play! and Thats Wrong!!!

You don't have to buy the guide, and you will receive a working link. Sometimes it takes a day or two to work out the problems after a new game release, and a little patience and understanding would be very much appreciated. Arthur, Carla and I are working as hard as we can to take care of everyone, and a little kindness would be very much appreciated. We are all very tired, and would like a little of what you talk about in your signature.

You can actually play the game without the guide, btw.

I just wanted to mention that I couldn't find the guide either at first. I'd never experienced getting one in an email before, but it certainly didn't stop me from playing. Hopefully, you received it Moonbeam by the time you are reading this.

The in-game tutorial is really helpful. I was too impatient (typical Aries) to read the 30-page guide at first, and just jumped right in with the tutorial turned on. It led me through the basics. I actually didn't flip through the guide until well after I'd started family #2 in a second slot, and the dryer fire is out, the shed is open, I have 32 out of 48 collectibles, and nobody's going hungry - they're all a bit exhausted from 7 straight hours of play, though. :-)
