Have you tried resetting the iPhone (or iPod touch)?

Jazzo, the iPhone and iPod touch usually need to be restarted (or even reset) after installing new applications. That's been the case from the beginning. It's very common for apps to crash after installing new ones, and many developers even include those instructions right in the application. Installing a new app can even cause problems running other apps that have been working fine all along.

Yes, that's what I would expect. If you get in the habit of restarting your device whenever you install any new apps, you can avoid a lot of problems.
