do the forum administrators, have the ability to see other peoples private messages?

and what is the rank thing mean, is it just say how much posts you have posted, or is it give you a little more privalages?

There is no area of the forums that is inaccessible to forum Admins, although we respect people's privacy and do not look at people's private messages unless we are specifically asked to by the person who received the message or if we have reason to believe that a forum member is using private messages to break the forum rules or carry out illegal activity.

No privileges for anybody!!!

In fact, the only manner to be well considered (and only well-considered!) on this forum is to be respectful of the forum's rule!! (multi-posting, for example, is not the good manner! Look here! )
