Is there a limit to how many Esteemed Elders I can have? I've made 50 and now my villagers just get super masterful.

If your lucky a special island event can give you more

lol good luck on getting the event.... in 12 games i have yet to have that event at just the right time with just the right villager

this special event wont count unless it happens to an elder and if youve reached 50, yes thats the limit, and as kimmar says, ive had 3 games now that i never saw that certain event, and one game i did get it, but was on a reg villager and my elders had all died. gl lol

I've gotten that event (with an Elder!) but it was early in a game and I didn't have my limit.

does the event only give you one elder or more??

One. So you have to have the same event again to get 52 Elders, and so on. Plus you have to have the event happen again to an Elder, plus you need to pick the right answer (it's one where the "correct" answer changes randomly)...

If I already have 50 elders who've all died, can I still get another since the event would be happening to a master of 3 things and not considered an elder or am I capped out?
