"And in those tropical islands women never heard of equality as far as duties go. Most women take care of the children while the men work. They take care of the huts and see to it every thing runs smooth at home,so when the men get home they can relax. It sounds rather shovanistic, but they never heard of womens lib."

Believe it or not, there have been found Matriarchal societies, where the women give birth to the kids, but the men take care of them, the huts and gardening and such while the women are out hunting. I do think it is a good idea for the men to take care of the kids once in a while.

On another note, one thing that's been driving me nuts is (like other people have said) Teachers don't gain skills. Also, why don't the children learn anything from the teachers? They go to school and listen to stories, but their skill points don't go up any. You could have it affected by their likes and dislikes (ie~ likes learning/work or dislikes playing/dancing would give more skill points and likes playing/dancing or dislikes learning/work would give less points.)

it would be nice to have like a Golden Family. But no paries. So there would be a Golden King, Golden Queen, and a Golden Child(1 child per Golden family)

and there should be domesticated animals, and wild game on the island.

and you should be able to visit the other villages on the island. you just don't control them. like, all the villages had a fight, so now you can visit them and try to bring them all back to gether. or something......just an idea......

When i built the first sewing hut, i kept dragging women over to it, expecting them to work in it, or at least disappear in there for a while. maybe they could add to the tech points, instead of it just costing you to change their clothes. same with the hospital. i like the way you can see into the hospital, but it would be great if we could put a poor elderly villager to bed for a little while, maybe have a nurse or two to look after him. What about a maternity hut? (wev'e got the honeymoon suite!)

I think VV3 should have more housing, animals for milk, meat and eggs. I also think that children should be able to recognize their parents and visa versa. And that they sometimes huddle together for eating, etc. Also weather changes would be nice. I think they should get old slower, and that the children be watched by other villagers while their parents worked.

I think its needs to have a screensaver.I love Virtual villagers 1&2 and will buy 3 as soon as it comes out.I still wish it had a CD with it so If my pc goes down I can just stick in a cd in the new PC in case I loose(should I say my kids) the codes.
