For some reason, my village went from 101 people to 37 people overnight, and I can't get them to reproduce. Any suggestions? I've even tried the parenting Skills potion. Hmmmm. What to do now?

That kind of thing can happen if you have a large number of villagers reach old age at the same time. If your current female villagers are age 18-49, there should be no reason that you would be unable to build your population back up to its previous size. Persistence is usually the key. You may also want to pay attention to the message area when you initiate kissing, to see if they're worried about something. If the villagers are unhappy about something, they're less likely to be interested in breeding.

YEP ... keep them happy and healthy, and well fed. I found a message early on in the game that said "they are too hungry to think about that!!" LOL ... after I made sure they were fed, they were more amenable to visit "the lovely shack".

Yes, what's with that? How many men, if approached for a kiss by a girl, any girl, would say no? Very few! Even less likely is the way they often run away at top speed.

All I know is that I said "HUH????" LOL I am not in that percentage of the women complaining about that particular subject. LOL .... "Man (OR WOMAN) does not live by bread alone" ... LOL. Most people complain about too LITTLE, not too MUCH .. LOL It is very good to have a balance though LOL.

Sometimes, I am thinking, THEY want to do the choosing, not US. Many times right after the male villager runs away, I have seen him turn around and go kiss the very same lady he just ran away from!! LOLOL
