When you make a stew that is "nasty", "inedible", or in some other way detrimental to your villagers, it'd be nice if there was a way to chuck it out or maybe turn it into compost for farming purposes. As of VV2, it just sits there giving off an icky green gas or making people sick.

I know...double posting and all. But these things never come up at the same time!
I think an addition to the "Details" screen would be great. Show what the villager is currently doing. When you've got 18 million villagers, it's hard to find the one you're looking for, but if it tells you "Going indoors" that's a nice clue about where he/she will end up at some point in the immediate future.

I agree with the idea of being able to chuck out the bad stew. I accidentally made a bad one. After the person ate it, I tried to get the healer to heal her, but it didn't even say she was ill when I'd click on her after she ate it. She ended up dying. It sucked cause she was just a little kid, but oh well...

I know the developers dont want to borrow ideas from other games, but a really good game to emulate would be Lost in Blue or Lost in Blue 2 for Nintendo DS - you play as one of two people stuck on an island trying to create shelter & gather/prepare food & survive the elements & all sorts of other things which are similar to the VV games like figuring out the mysteries of the island...oh lord now that I've started talking about it, I've GOT to get back to my game!

When kids pick up items that have already been collected, they are worth 100 tech points right now. But, since some are rarer than others, why not assign them different point values? Common items are worth 100, uncommon items are worth 250 and rare items are worth 500.
