I've already completed all the possible research for farming, however, none of my villagers have, over the course of time, become master Farmers. I've got lots of Master Researchers and Builders, but even the villagers who have been farming for the majority of their life are still only Adept, and now they don't seem to be improving at all. Any tips on how to make them masters if it's possible at this point? Thanks!

It's possible to get a master, it's just that after they hit adept, it takes a long, long, l-o-n-g time to get to master. (or at least it feels that way... )
