Do I have to be in the nursery window to sell my plants or can I move to another window and they will still sell? Also if I leave the game (close it for the night) will my plants still sell??

I've found that I cannot have the nursery on full screen & go to another window - when I go back to it, it was liking being on pause. If I turn off full screen, I can open a new window and leave my nursery running & the plants still sell.

You need to have the Nursery window open to sell you plants. If you change game screens, change user/slot, or exit the game, the customers won't buy your plants.

If you are running in windowed mode on a PC, you can keep the nursery window behind other applications, and the plants will sell (I'm doing that right now as I type this reply!)

However on Mac OSs this doesn't work, and the focus needs to be on the game window.

Another good tip is you can pause your game, then move to the nursery and leave your plants up to sell while you go eat dinner or something. You can leave it open for quite some time, as long as you want really, without worrying about your other plants.

Oooh, hadn't thought of that! I just figured that if the game was paused, everything would pause, but it works!! Thanks for the tip!
