This is not a spoiler it is a simple chart where you print it out and fill in your information. I think it makes it simpler to have a chart like this to keep track of my plants...

I know how hard it is to keep track of these things but this helps me a little. It is in Microsoft Office format that most people have I do not know how to make it into a PDF format yet but as soon as I can I will post it here.
