Magic plant is not magic

I just saw the list of magic plants in one of the guides. I already have 3 of them, but only 2 of them have been identified as magic plants in my game! The other one is just a regular plant. Are the 6 identified in the charts here REALLY all magic plants? (I'm wondering/hoping one of the entries is just in the wrong row/column)

Does it appear in one of the golden pots in your nursery? If it does, it's a Magic Plant.

There is an error in the grids, one of them is in the wrong row. I have all 6 magic plants and one that is showing as magic in the grids isn't.

Borg sent me a corrected chart, and I have replaced the incorrect one.

I just want to say thank you for posting the chart. I probably won't refer to it overly much, since I do like to figure some things out for myself, but it'll probably keep me from tearing my hair out in frustration because I'm not incredibly record keeping oriented, and tracking all the possibilities would drive me insane.

I hate to be dumb, but oh well - here goes. I'm not planning on using the spreadsheet as a how-to at this point, but I guess I basically understand how to match up the columns and set what you get, but how is it indicated on this spreadsheet what is a MP and what isn't??? What am I missing/reading wrong?

keep plugging away! I've only gotten 4 Magic Plants so far, but I'm reducing the number of places (combos) that the remaining two can hide.
I have three games going at once (I may add more) and combining the information from all for my cross-breeding charts and "found species."
If the breeding seems to get into the same loops, I'll sell all of my plants (except maybe 1 or 2) and start over with seeds saved in my seed boxes (which also makes room for the new seeds I find!)

Jen, did you look at the last tab in the spreadsheet?

Thank you all for your responses.
Arnie, no the plant isn't in a golden pot in the nursery. I was hoping the chart just had the wrong row or column shown for that plant. Seems that's the case.
I got my first two by just playing around and accidentally stumbled upon them. I wasn't keeping track or anything. But once I did find them, I focussed on growing and selling just those plants (since they give good prices) to build up my money. Then I could improve the nursery and get better supplies.
My first magic plant, which I won't name, but which sold by default for around $60, I managed to get up to about $150 and it still sells well. My second magic plant, which I also won't name, sold for around $270 by default. I've pushed that up much higher - between $600 and $700 and it only takes me 5-10 minutes to sell a nursery full of them. I actually priced that one at $800 once and sold one, but most visitors had frowny faces.
So if you're finding it slow going and you haven't tried this yet, you can experiment with prices on ALL your plants and try and get the funds to do a little more a little sooner.
Oh - I use a lot of supplies to boost the strength and flowers on all my plants too - I don't know that I'd get those prices for them if I didn't spend that bit of money at the start of each growing period...

Well, I did now. I absolutely didn't even see the 3 tabs at the bottom to change pages, so I sat there going "What in the world is everyone seeing that I'm not???" Any game that can make me laugh at myself is a great game! Thanks!
