For me, I write stories about my tribes. I attach myself to my villagers when I write stories about them. I don't really have any challenges. I just want to keep watching my villagers live their lives. \:\)

When you think about it, this game is really quite ZEN .... it is not just in the outcomes and endings, but in the continuing journey ... some people miss that fact ... but that is ok ... we all play the game the way we want to. Being ZEN can mean not getting TOO attached to the outcomes, and just enjoying the day to day things for what they are, surprises and all.

I wonder, did Last Day know the effect this game would have on people? I've seen ALL kinds of responses, here and on Real Arcade, where I bought the game. The die-hard afficionados of the whole totality of the game reside HERE. The "goal only" people will eventually get disappointed as all the tasks that WE can accomplish are met ... satisfaction comes from WITHIN in the daily living ... it is what you make it

I agree that it is the continuing journey of the game that makes it so much fun. I have all five game tribes going, and my current goal is to create a chart of all the possible parent (hair color) and child combinations. It's absolutely amazing how large my chart has grown. This is like a little project for me, so there's no telling when this goal will be completed. But I'm having a ball in the process.
