Well, I've found that turning my trees into bonsais always sell quicker, if not for a little more. I'll have a nice, full tree and it sits there, but artistically whack off a couple of branches and create a bonsai look, and it's a big seller. Maybe it's just me, but it seems to work. Doesn't hurt to experiment! lol
