What does the seahorse ACTUALLY do? I read what it says in the supplies screen, but it's pretty non-specific.

I also don't like that the seahorse counts as a fish. Do you usually buy the seahorse or just leave it?

(PS I bought it once and then flushed it down the drain, couldn't buy it again after that)
