Just out of curiousity, how many huts can you build in total? I have 3 with a population of about 40 villagers and was wondering if my builders will have another opportunity to work their skills.

After you've built the 3rd hut that's it as far at hut building goes. There are other ways to build up builder skill though. You'll need certain tech levels to go forward with those, but move your builders around the island and see if they see anything fun they might like to fix or work on
