I have an adept builder that won't fish. I drop him in the water and he runs away. It doesn't say he dislikes water. Has anyone else come across this?

If he dislikes swimming, fish or the ocean. Then he/she will not want to go into the ocean.

I have a villager who hates the ocean, but loves to fish. He is a master farmer, but spends most of his time in the ocean.
