i think that this game does in a way simulate real life cause u know what the men are hardheaded in this game i dont have as much problem with the women to get them to do something but u know this isnt a sexist statement but u know men always have to do it their way im not saying women dont either but lord we tend to give in easier than men

I've had some pretty hard-headed women in my games who would side-step the assigned tasks at every opportunity. It seems they would prefer swimming in the pool or even doing laundry instead!!! It's probably just a little bit of programmed "personality". Perhaps that should be "simality"!

I didn't notice that hardheaded villagers are specially male or female. They have each their personality and it doesn't depend on their gender. When you look at the ldwLog.txt file you may see than villagers could be injured while doing a task, so I think it may be why they protest some time! \:\)
I'm sure they have an "of programmed personality"! And that is very interesting!

Even if a villager has no particular likes or dislikes mentioned he or she will react to tasks differently to the other villagers. As said before, they each have their own personality. Even identical twins with the same likes and dislikes will not necessarily progress at the same speeds. That's just one of the reasons why playing the game is so much fun! \:D

yes, they are, but I haven't noticed women and men behaving any different in the game.

I kind of think it depends on the villager. I have a female that dislikes: Medicine, learning - but is one of the fastest learners I know. She might not like it, but she does it! \:D

The likes and dislikes play a big part, but I had one who liked resting, and he never rested, he was a master at every skill when he died.

Oh, please don't say that. I mean they are a lot like real people but...that's just kind of a scary comparison.

LOL @ scary comparison. I was joking with my sister today after she forgot about her tribe and they all died. I told her she was a murderer and she should go to prison for a long time for killing a village of like 40! She was like - oh well, its just a game and I cracked up going "noooooooooooooooo. Its nooooooooooot..." We're constantly joking about our tribes. Its good fun. \:D
