One of my suggestions is a tribe leader. Like a Chief. It doesn't seem that tribal and all that stuff without a leader. And make it where his first son becomes the next leader. And have ceremonies when they get a new leader. Make the Leader and his son wear special clothes too so you can spot them easier.

I don't like it when two villagers "Go Indoors" and they come out and BOOM!!! they have a baby. It's really wierd. They're like pregnant for 2 seconds. Let's say you have it on 2x speed-1 year = 1 hour. Well in real life a lady is pregnant for about 9 months so make the lady pregnant for 45 minutes. Make it where she can still work for like 60 minutes then she has to relax by the beach or something. (Hear is something the doctors could do) When it is time for the baby to be born, make a random doctor and the villager that is pregnant go inside, hear a baby crying, and then they come out with the baby. I like the idea of having the baby on the mothers back so she can still work. I also like the idea of making the babies blanket pink if it is a girl and blue if it is a boy. I can't stand not knowing.
Keep the baby on her back for 2 years. Let her work some, and then go nurse some, then go work some, then go nurse some, and so on until she lets the baby go at 2 years of age.
