When I go into the game statistics it reads 'puzzles solved 11 out of 12' yet all the puzzle icons are unveiled and I have solved them all (thanks to earlier tips!). Any idea what has been going on here? Is it a bug?

Well, I'd say it's a bug. By any chance, did you ever have an event that washed more debris up on the beach? One of the testers reported an odd thing on the puzzle stats after that happened.

No, not on this game although I had on previous games (with no problems afterwards that I can remember). To be honest I would like the debris again as it would build up my builder points. Also I have to exit the game fairly frequently at first or the game freezes and when I finally get back into it all my people are long dead. Grrrr.

The builder training issue will be fixed in the update, but that's no help now! Have you submitted a support request for those freezing problems? I think that would be a good idea.

What is a support request? Sorry but I am new to this site (not to the games though, utterly addicted).

A couple more questions:-

Why does the cave always come up with the info screen every time someone goes into it. Couldnt it just happen a couple of times then stop.

Does fishing improve the farmers skills (as fixing huts doesnt improve the builders skills)?

No problem, Leila! The you can access the support request by clicking here. That will let you submit your problem directly to the developers!

The cave message always comes up when a villager enters the cave because that's what they see when they go in there! Just like real life!! That way, anytime you want to check out the message again, you can stick a villager in the cave. If you're tired of it - just tell your villagers to stay out of the cave!

And, yes, fishing improves the farming skill of your villagers, which is a good thing (master farmers are better at fishing than other farmers)!
