Are there games already like these?:
A carnival or fair theme - there could be lots of "booths","rides" and "carnival food" section games?
Some sort of building / landscaping game theme?:
It could have residential, business and recreational building sections.
Sim City for buildings and landscaping and Roller Coaster Tycoon/zoo tycoon/prison tycoon/and about any other idea you can think of has a tycoon for it somewhere
