I have downloaded, uninstalled and redownloaded (several times now) the full version of LPP but keep getting a Fatal Alert. I have barely been able to play with my little guy at all. The message reads: lpp.c,Line:1026,Missing bitmap. Then I have to reset. When I go back into the game, the age is 116911, it indicates "stabled" (even though I have not checked off "stable" in preferences, and no pet appears. There is also no ball, but there is a bone, ducky, mouse and meds showing, and one locked door. When I touch the screen it tells me that I'm limited with the trial version, at which point I go in and enter my code, but nothing happens. No pet, although I have access to all the items on top (no ball, though).

When I try to give up my pet for adoption (who isn't even there!) I get back to the Fatal Alert, with the same message as above. What's going on? Please help!!

I don't know how this works. There is now a Palm emulator for the PPC, and unfortunately I get an error every time I try this game (I manage to get past the naming, but that is it). I think it is an error with the emulator, though, so I suppose I am stuck waiting on the PPC version.

Actually, Carla. I figured out a way to tell the difference between the emulator Fatal Alerts, and the game fatal alerts. This fatal alert was from the game itself, and not the emulator.

This was the error:
A fatal error has occurred:
Error code: Access violation
PC:0x63800
The program will now terminate.

And this is with the HiRes version. LowRes seems to work fine.

I experience the same thing. Would you mind sending me another program?
