I've got all tech levels at max, plenty of food, 25 villagers. Now they all start to "worry about housing" and won't breed coz "there isn't enough housing"... yet there's no sign of the foundation for the 3rd hut... i've put all 25 of them to "construction" mode already... plz help!

How long have you had them with construction selected?

Not long after I get that message, I normally find the 3rd hut popping up where it is supposed to be....check that it hasn't been started already

i've put them on construction mode for nearly one whole day (err... human day if that needs to be clarified...) now, but all they're doing is "unsure what to do" "sitting" "bored" and "worried about housing"... plz give further advices... cheers!

I'm just wondering if you may have hit one of the little bugs. Try exiting out of the game, and coming back in. If this fails, we may have to wait till the morning shift (Barbara) is in

BTW what Tech levels are you at. I am not sure off hand if the 3rd hut requires anything more than the other 2

PS it would be nice to see you registered as well, so we can differentiate you easier from all the Anonymous'

as for the details of my problem:
1. Level 3 for ALL technologies (everything fully researched and plenty of tech points to spare)
2. 30000+ food surplus
3. all 25 villagers put on construction mode for one day
4. still no sign of the scaffolding for the 3rd hut
5. tried exiting and re-entering the game

umm... plz don't let it be a naughty buggy problem...

The naughty buggie problem I know of is fixed on re-entering the game, so if you do not have any partial structures anywhere, I am a little stumped for the moment. Sorry.

The only other thing I can think of at the moment is to try to manually breed the villagers, to kick start them into building, but I am sure that you have tried this.....

Barbara, or others who have had more experience, should be around soon, so I'll be interested to see what they suggest

This may seem elementary, but do any of your villagers actually have construction skills? I think they need at least a small amount of blue in their construction bar to initiate building on their own.

You don't say whether or not you have completed all of the construction projects in the game? If not, perhaps you should go exploring with some of your villagers.
