I had 55 people when I went to bed last night and 11,000 food. Most of the villagers were working on food, a few on tech, and a few having babies.

I woke up to a pop up saying that everyone on the island had died. no reason given.

The game had been moving very slowly before this happened (i.e., not much happening eventwise) and yet I evidently still had to check in on it frequently, to prevent whatever caused everyone to die and to monitor the size of the population. So nothing is happening yet I still have to constantly burp it.

The time and money I have spent on this game are not worth it. I have played other sim games, including tomigachi and other real time sim games. I won't be restarting this one and I'm sorry that I wasted $20 on it.

I am sorry all of your villagers died and that the game is upsetting you.
It seems so strange that your villagers died so quickly and it would be helpful to know if your statistic screen seems to have accurate information on the game.
If it seems to have information that is way off, that would make us think that there is a bug at work here.

Would you be willing to work with me to see if we can figure out what happened to your villagers? There have been one or two reports before of someone waking up to find everyone dead, and it would be helpful if we could determine if it's because of a bug or not.

What's strange is that 11,000 food is really a lot to eat overnight. What speed were you playing at?
