I have level three harvesting, building, and spirituality. Everything else is level two. I can't get any farther because all my villages spend their every waking moment growing, harvesting, or foraging for food. I thought level three harvesting would fix this. When it didn't, I thought maybe they needed level three building to build a darn boat. I still don't have a fisherman! What am I doing wrong? Help!

I've putting them by the water (stream and ocean), in the water (they enjoy swimming in the lagoon but dislike driftwood), rolled them around on the drift wood hoping they might use it for a pole or- Gopd help me- build a boat, but nada. Either I'm too dumb or they are. I still need help.

Maybe you should tidy up the beach a bit?

Well, I've cleared the beach...
I've put the villagers on the beach....
They have no idea what they are supposed to do - are all my villagers idiots ?

Rikster, until you have done enough research in certain areas, your villagers will only be able to swim in the sea. They are probably not idiots, but just enjoying their new activities, until they learn to do more

This game's trickier than I thought.
My people are good builders & farmers. There are also a few scientists - just can't understand what else they need to research.

Anonymous, how many levels have you researched so far? Each new level you research will open, or at least get you closer to new things

I'm still on level 1. I've only got the trial version.
Is it easier to move up levels on the full version ?
If it's not, then I can't see any point in buying it, as all my villagers just die of starvation at the moment.

Anonymous, only level 1 of harvesting is available on the trial version, and researching and buying this will help to save your villagers from starvation.

Future levels can require a bit of planning to get to, but there are plenty of tips available on the forums to help with any problems that you have

I have heard of other players who have been able to drag the trial version out for quite a while, so if you need any other pointers, you know where to ask

You can buy Level 2 of Harvesting without registering the game. I have played the game unregistered for more than a day (more than once) and had a very healthy tribe the whole time and was able to train many of them very well.

Purchasing and registering the game allows you to attain all of the tech levels, solve all of the puzzles, and grow your population to much higher levels. The unregistered mode is designed to give you a feel for game play. If you still have more specific questions, feel free to send me a private message!

Folks, just buy the full version and everything takes care of itself. It's not expensive and worth every cent.

Hi All,

I need help on cleaning the beach.

My people seem to be very lazy, cause I put them to clean the beach, and when I leave the game, BAM, they run doing other things than cleaning the beach!

What to do??? For how long? With How many people?

I Already have level 3 on Harvesting, Level 3 on Building and 19 persons. I need to fish to get food, cause people are starting to die!!

First make sure to have the box checked for construction on the villager detail screen. I would put one or two on the beach detail. Look at each villagers detail screen and put the two highest builders on it. It will not take to long for two of them to get it done.
