I was wondering, is it uncommon for fraternal twins to be born? I've only ever had one set. But the mother who originally had this set of twins started out with one baby. But when I checked on them again, there were two children with the same parents and age! I wish that would happen more often.

I think that it is quite unique to have fraternal twins. I've seen lots of sets of twins, but never fraternal twins. (How many times is it possible to use the word 'twins' in a single post? lol)

You'll occasionally have what appears to be fraternal twins born when the game is shut off for a while; when it does its "catch-up" you'll often find several kids have been born to the same mother and often the same father all at once, and appear to have the same age. Twins that can be seen being looked after by their mothers are always identical, as are triplets.

I`ve never had fraternal twins...
