Can I have any tips on how to move the boulder (# of villagers, skills, etc)?

Have fully researched everything, have 42 villagers, but can’t move the boulder.

breed, breed, breed. Eventually someone will come along that will help you move that boulder!

someone? or do you mean you'll have to do it with more than one villager? cause sometimes they are TRYING when they feel like it, cause when I drag them to the boulder they will do NOTHING. :S

You have probably not reached the necessary tech levels and completed certain puzzles that will allow the boulder to be moved. How far are you in the game?

You are waiting for a special person to join your village. Keep building your population up, and the other puzzles should fall into place.

Also watch your villagers as they explore their village. You may learn something very interesting

I'm in the same place - all techs researched, pop is at 65 and only puzzles 10-12 need to be completed. I'm so excited to find out what is coming next!!! Is there a particular type of skilled person you should watch?! I know about the special person who will join the village eventually but as far as the other puzzle that I need...anyone in particular I should follow around?!

That puzzle is a bit of an easter egg. There are village tech and villager skill prerequisites. I'll stop with that broad hint, so I don't have to tag this as a spoiler!

I know there are certain skill pre-reqs from reading other discussions - I'm just wondering who to watch. Anyone? Someone with the "special skill"? Someone with multiple skills? Right now I just am watching the map so that isn't tell me much

That child will be born after you have completed the necessary puzzles and reached certain village tech levels.

Dnac, all you can do is keep breeding.....yes you will have to wait till some of your older villagers die, but while you are waiting, watch the villagers. Watch them closely, and see what they do and what they see. You may learn something interesting

I've got a 65 pop and am waiting for the GC myself . I know that waves of villagers are getting old so it's just a matter of time for them to kick off and new ones to be born so I'm just waiting, watching my villagers do funny things, and enjoying the game. I have noticed that they do move a bit slower now that there is so many of them, but oh well. And I know I don't have what I need for #12 so I'm planning what I can do come next game to make sure I can get it Heheh great fun in my opinion!!

Well thank you darlin'! I love games that I can learn from and start over. I'm a huge Sims2 addict and that game is a continual learning experience. I started it when it first came out MONTHS ago and still have my original family thanks to some careful planning and trial and error I was kind of upset when I wasn't able to save my Villagers from old age like I can save my Sims but then I realized that death is necessary in this game. Hehe. Actually once I do let some Sims die too I guess funny things can happen when they're ghosts so I should really "let them go too". I'm bad at letting go.

I haven't checked my little village to see what happened overnight though - hmmm...lets go find out what sort of antics my villagers got into!

You will get a message announcing the birth, and the GC is easily spotted by scrolling through the villager details.
