I backed up my first game so I could start a new one, but every time I hit ok to start a new game, I get a Fatal Error message and have to soft reset. I have a Clie TJ25. Has anyone else had this problem?

I always used to have that problem with my Clie. One quick solution is to use a file-editing program to delete the Village Sim save-game file. That will force the game to start a new one.

Having trouble with this.... it says to save it somewhere and then am I supposed to put it "over" the game I already have, or uninstall and install the game again? Thanks.

It is always best to uninstall before installing a new version. I would delete it from your palm, then install the new version.

Yes as VillageIdiot said, just download the fixed version. Then delete the existing version from your device (using the normal PalmOS delete tool), then install the fixed version normally.
