Hi all,
I'm curious whether anyone would like to give me their feedback on which tech area(s) they went for first? In my first game, I quickly went to level 2 in building, science and spirituality, but then I found everyone was gettng sick and dying. In my second game, I've hesitated going that route and thinking that I should get medicine first. Although I have almost enough tech points to get the medicine, I am still not sure if I should go back and get the building and spirituality tech first.

I find that harvesting is the most important.... and then medicine and spirtuality. You can do the game several different ways and still come out ok!

I think the first one HAS to be harvesting. The second is more optional, I go for science second, then medicine, then building, then harvasting. After that it depends on how my game is going. It can be played several different ways of course, but I always go for Harvesting first.

I basically leave building, spirituality, and fertility until the very end. I concentrate on harvesting, medicine and Science.

I think I have to do level-2 building at some point to build more huts.

Spirituality and fertility don't seem to get you anything useful in the game except a few puzzles solved. Plus, the whale event might happen, giving you spirituality anyway.
