If I understand well, you must restart your tribe.
But you must have the time to stay playing with them. You must have several hours in front of you!
Go to "menu" then "option"
in difficulty Choose: easy
in game speed there is the options "pause"; ½ speed ; normal; 2x speed. Me at the early beginning I choose 2x speed and after, may be 2 hours later, I turn to ½ speed. (I do that because I want that 1 or 2 children grow up to 14 years old).
Then click on "restart"
