I use Paint Shop Pro as well, and recommend it. Another program that is widely used is Adobe Photoshop Elements. I don't need it myself as I have PSP, but I've heard good things about it. Of course, if you've a spare $600 or so lying around, you could buy Photoshop itself. ;\)

Picture tubes are saved pictures that can be added to other pictures just by clicking the mouse. For instance, you could save a number of pics of villagers, then add them to another pic easily.
