I took my master scientist to make the tool needed and now when i take a farmer over it keeps saying "he could make a scarecrow from these dry vines" but nothing is happening.....I really need this scarecrow because the birds won't leave my crops alone! Im down to mushrooms here lol. I've tried using an adept farmer, and a master farmer....
