I just started playing the game today, the ocean is now filled with algae, coconut counts are getting low...when can i start growing crops? How?

ahhh...the dam...i hv 6 ppl working on it now...and it's only 61% completed, only hv 300 coconuts left approx...am i gonna last?

The villagers are pretty hardy and won't starve immediately. The best thing you can do is to keep an eye out for mushrooms and take the children to collect them. Many a tribe has survived on mushrooms while waiting for crops.

I have algae, coconuts and the crop is 108mins but I have 230 food. I think about %15 is from mushs.

Today the dam is probably finished and your tribe is saved! But keep an eye for mushrooms because the crops are not unlimited!

Hello Lailai, how much villagers do you have? 230 of food, it's not very much, keep an eye for mushrooms too! I usually try to have around 500 of food in the bin (with 7 or 8 villagers) to be quiet. But with less, it's still bearable!
PS: in 1/2 speed they eat less.
