I am having trouble figuring out why my villagers are not being counted as elders. They are a master at three fields, so I am confused as why they are not converting to elder status. Here is an example. Akika is a master at Research, Healing, and Parenting. She is more than half way complete with Farming, but she does not hold the Estemed Elder status, Why?

The game has a built-in limit of 50 Esteemed Elders. Rare circumstances (such as Island Events or cheating) can produce more, but that's not typical.

I've got 51 actually, though I was going for the leaderboard. If I can't get any more, how do I rise on the leaderboard?

By getting higher scores in other areas.....or cheating, but you wouldn't want to do THAT!!!!!!

I've not seen any reports of a _bug_ like this. If you have, I suggest you let LDW know. In every case I've heard of it's because the limit of 50 has been reached.

That's true, Arnie. Nobody has ever reported a problem with making Esteemed Elders prior to reaching a total of 50.

I wasn't aware that you COULD cheat. What do they do, modify their log file?
