According to my game, I'm ranked 21 for babies born, But when I sort the board by babies, my name isnt there. Doesnt matter the time either, Today, Two Weeks or All Time.

They did fix the leader board and got rid of the "cheaters" but yes I too have had this as well.

If i remeber rightly reading in an other post the leaderboars are ranked differently than the online high-scores (or something like that )

Another question. In the web address to the VV2 leaderboard, it say vv2_win_scores. What if your on a mac, do your scores still appear if u make it.

Yes, both Windows and Mac versions go to the same leader board.
